with the homeowner to review site, scope of work and budget.

necessary subcontractors to site to evaluate existing conditions
and estimate project cost.
- Utilize
computerized cost estimating, which details by section every
item and work to be performed, ensuring no surprises in regard
to costs or materials.
- Provide
timely estimates (generally within 2-3 weeks), which cover
costs and timing of project
- Utilize
value engineering to rework project to fit your budget, if
necessary
- Provide
lead and asbestos referrals, if needed
- Provide
customer selection sheet that gives list of all items needed
for your project with suggested vendors so you can make selections.
- Confirm
selections, order and guarantee all items

Manage and supervise project both on-site and in office.
- Provide
production manager and crew who remain on your job through
completion and are accountable for all aspects of the project
- Schedule
weekly site meetings with you
- Maintain
office personnel who are knowledgeable about your project
and available to speak with you
- Schedule
and supervise subcontractors, material and delivery dates,
required state and local inspections and work completion inspections/sign-offs
- Inspect
all delivered materials ordered by contractor
- Maintain
timetable, budgets and timely billing
- Provide
written and signed change orders, prior to starting work,
to avoid potential miscommunications
- Available to you after project is completed
- Maintain positive relationships with all
