Eric A. Messer :

• President and owner of Sunrise Building & Remodeling, Inc. in Briarcliff Manor, NY, which he established in 1986.
• Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Messer worked with a well known, reputable, high end homebuilder for several years.
• Member of the Westchester Builders Institute since 1984 and currently serves as a Board Member; Trustee for the Westchester Home Builders Association; member of the National Association of Remodelers Institute.
• Received Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University; has extensive coursework in Engineering, Surveying and Construction Methods and Materials.
